1. Delivery of Services

All services provided by Metty Tech OPC Private Limited are delivered digitally. There is no physical product or shipment involved in any of our services.

Mode of delivery includes:

• Email communication
• Secure download links
• FTP transfer
• Client dashboard or project management portal

   

2. Estimated Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines vary based on the scope and complexity of each project:

• Small websites: 3–7 business days
• Standard websites: 10–20 business days
• Full web or app projects: 20–45 business days
• App development: 30–60 business days
• APIs & integrations: 5–20 business days
• Digital marketing campaigns: Setup within 3–5 business days
• Branding & design projects: 7–15 business days

All timelines are estimated and will be clearly defined in the project agreement before work begins.

3. Project Kickoff Timeline

Work on your project will commence within 2–3 business days after:

• Receipt of full or agreed advance payment
• Completion of project briefing and requirement gathering
• Receipt of all necessary materials, credentials, and approvals from the client

   

4. Milestone-Based Delivery

For complex or large-scale projects, delivery is structured in phases. Each milestone will be clearly defined in the project agreement, including:

• Deliverables for each phase
• Expected completion date per milestone
• Client approval required before proceeding to the next phase

Regular progress updates will be shared throughout the project.

5. Client Responsibilities for Timely Delivery

To ensure on-time delivery, the client is responsible for providing:

• All required content including text, images, videos, and branding materials
• Timely feedback and approvals at each milestone
• Necessary access to hosting, domain, or third-party platforms
• Prompt responses to queries raised by our team

Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide the above may result in revised delivery timelines. Metty Tech OPC Private Limited will not be held responsible for such delays.

6. Revision Policy

Revisions are included as per the agreed scope in your project package. Please note:

• Revision requests must be submitted within the agreed review period after each delivery
• Revisions beyond the agreed scope may affect the delivery timeline and attract additional charges
• Major scope changes after project commencement will be treated as new requirements

   

7. Delivery Delays

We are committed to meeting every deadline. However, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to:

• Late content, feedback, or approvals from the client
• Mid-project scope changes or additional revision requests
• Third-party service issues or technical challenges beyond our control
• Force majeure events

In the event of any delay, our team will communicate proactively and provide a revised timeline.

8. Delivery Confirmation

Once your project or milestone is delivered, we will notify you via email. The client is requested to:

• Review the delivered work thoroughly
• Submit feedback or revision requests within the agreed review period
• Provide written approval once satisfied with the delivery

Silence or non-response after the review period may be considered as acceptance of delivery.

9. Project Handover

Upon final delivery and full payment, the following will be handed over to the client as applicable:

• Complete source files and assets
• Login credentials for website, hosting, and domain
• Documentation and user guides
• Access to all platforms and third-party tools set up during the project

   

10. Ownership After Delivery

Full ownership of the delivered project will be transferred to the client only after:

• Receipt of complete payment as per the agreed terms
• Formal written acceptance of the final delivery

Until full payment is received, Metty Tech OPC Private Limited retains all rights to the work delivered.

11. No Physical Shipping

Metty Tech OPC Private Limited does not manufacture, stock, or ship any physical goods. All services are delivered digitally and no shipping charges apply.
