Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Metty Tech OPC Private Limited, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services including web development, app development, digital marketing, performance marketing, branding, and related digital services. We value our clients and believe in a fair and transparent refund process. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.


1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and the significant resources committed upon initiation of work, all payments made to Metty Tech OPC Private Limited are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we are willing to consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the specific conditions outlined below.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The service has not been delivered at all
  • No substantial work has begun on your project
  • You request the refund within 7 days of payment
  • The request is submitted in writing with full details

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • If you change your mind after work has commenced
  • If you fail to provide required content, approvals, or assets in a timely manner
  • If delivery is delayed due to your own inaction or lack of cooperation
  • If the service is delivered as agreed and functioning as described
  • For any customized, intangible, or digitally delivered goods or services
  • For payments covering third-party costs such as ad budgets, software licenses, domain registration, or hosting fees
  • If the project is completed and handed over as per the agreed scope
  • If revision requests exceed the agreed scope and additional work has been performed


4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation of a project under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email
  • If cancelled before project kickoff — 80% refund of advance paid
  • If cancelled after kickoff but before 30% completion — 50% refund of advance paid
  • If cancelled after 30% or more completion — no refund will be issued
  • Cancellation of ongoing monthly services (SEO, marketing etc.) requires 15 days written notice before the next billing cycle


5. Partial Refunds

In rare cases, and solely at our discretion, we may consider offering a partial refund if:

  • The delivered work does not reasonably match the agreed scope
  • You notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery
  • You provide us a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue first
  • Our team determines the concern is valid after internal review

Partial refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.


6. Revision & Dispute Resolution

Before requesting a refund, we strongly encourage clients to:

  • Raise concerns directly with our project team
  • Allow us a reasonable timeframe to address and resolve the issue
  • Participate in a revision or correction process as outlined in your project agreement

We are committed to resolving all disputes amicably and professionally.


7. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of approval
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Any transaction fees charged by the payment gateway are non-refundable


8. Non-Delivery of Service

If Metty Tech OPC Private Limited is unable to deliver the agreed service due to reasons on our end:

  • You will be notified promptly in writing
  • A full refund of the amount paid will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Alternatively, we may offer a service credit or revised timeline as mutually agreed


9. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, please contact us at:


Please include the following in your request:

  • Your full name and contact details
  • Project name or order reference number
  • Reason for requesting the refund or cancellation
  • Any supporting documents or screenshots

We will review your request within 5–7 business days and inform you of our decision in writing.


10. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue is a violation of these Terms. If a chargeback is opened without giving us the opportunity to address your concerns, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate access to our Services
  • Dispute the chargeback with supporting documentation
  • Pursue further legal remedies as applicable

We strongly encourage clients to reach out to us directly before escalating to a chargeback.


11. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our Website with the date of revision. Your continued use of our Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
